1. Acceptance

By using Brewlytics, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Informational use only

Brewlytics provides estimated caffeine tracking for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual caffeine sensitivity varies.

3. Brewlytics Pro

Brewlytics may offer optional Pro access through monthly, yearly, or lifetime in-app purchase plans. Available plans, features, prices, and renewal behavior are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be handled through Apple’s purchase support flow at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User responsibility

You agree to use Brewlytics lawfully and not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services.

6. Limitation of liability

Brewlytics is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages resulting from use of the app.
